Welcome to my brand new website, Positive Thinking Counselling. My name is Heidi Lester and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, with over 10 years’ experience of supporting adults and young people in the Pembrokeshire area. I am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP), and abide by their code of ethics and good practice. All Counsellors are required to have their work supported and monitored by a qualified Supervisor. I attend regular supervision with Sue Owens who is an accredited member of the BACP. You can find out more information about me on my About page.
